2. ⁠Karin Alzaher is a senior delegate from Al Mawakeb School who began Model United Nations in grade 8. Over the past five years, she has taken part in many conferences. Karin plans to study medicine in the future, and values MUN as training for this path. Both fields demand critical thinking, ethical judgment and clear communication under pressure. Through debate and diplomacy, she strengthens skills she will carry into healthcare. She looks forward to sharing AMSI, learning from other delegates, and contributing to a strong and productive committee.

1. Fadwa Almaktabi is a senior in Al Mawakeb and proud to be a chair at AMSIMUN 2026. She began her MUN journey in 10th grade with uncertainty, but quickly realized that true growth lies beyond the comfort zone. Through 12 delegations and 10 awards, including 3 best delegates, Fadwa discovered that MUN is not just about trophies or titles, but about finding your voice, and growing into the most confident version of yourself. Along the way, she found her passion for debate and diplomacy and built unforgettable friendships. Now, as a chair, she is committed to creating an environment where delegates feel confident and empowered to give their absolute best. She is beyond excited to see AMSIMUN come to life and cannot wait to welcome you all and watch each delegate rise to their fullest potential in committee.
